Standard delivery arrives in 5 to 8 business days for the United States and United Kingdom, and 6 to 11 business days elsewhere. Express cuts roughly three days off that window.

Open the order from the confirmation email or from your account page. The page shows the current stage, the carrier, and the estimated delivery date for your address.

Yes, while the order still shows as placed. Once it is packed, we cannot redirect it, but you can refuse delivery and we will refund the goods.

You have 30 days from delivery. Open the order, request a return, and we reply within one business day with the address or a replacement. Faulty items ship back at our cost.

Card payments are arranged after the order is placed. We send a secure payment link to the email you used at checkout, and the order ships once payment clears.
